The GSA system contains modules to carry out the functions of booking, flight-diary, flight-scheduling, booking, post-flights, invoicing, agent details, debit-credit memos and CASS invoices. Master data for agent, country, currency, airport, airline and airway bill stock provide ready reference to users while booking the shipments. The system meets the total requirements of the General Sales Agents.

Once a shipment has been billed, the GSA system generates a disk for CASS. This disk contain all the information which meets the requirement of current IATA standard for electronic file submission.

The GSA Reporting suite consists of extensive reporting facility which includes pre-alerts, airline profit report and sales return report.
